Sugar is unhealthy and dulls the taste buds. We all know this, but we still eat it every day. That’s why we launched the #minusSugar Challenge for AOK. Together with YouTuber Jokah Tululu and VICE Media, we invited the community to give it up completely.
First less sugar, then none at all: Jokah and VICE motivate the community to cut out sugar step by step for a healthier life.
